Daniel,

It is wonderfuil to read about your shift to batik exclusively and being able to spend more time in Central Java developing new designs with Hartono.

Did Hartono's tour end well in New York? We will be contacting him shortly re his visit to Queensland.

My partner ans I will be spending some extended time in Java in 2011 so hope it will coincide when you are there and we can meet and share our passions for batik.

The exhibition is developing well and we are extremely happy with the directiond being taken by the curator, Dr Maria Friend.

Wishing you a very successful December sale.

My best always, Greg.

Daniel and Hartono, thanks for our perfectly lovely evening when you were in New York. Hope the sale went well. I got your note and cheque and I'm so glad you're enjoying American Fabulous. Looking forward to your Jeffrey imitations and to seeing you both next time you come around. You're both such calm and calming personalities; very special indeed.

Daniel,

What a wonderful day it must have been for both Hartono and the eight participants who are all so adsorbed in their batik making- I wish I was there. The photographs truly capture the energy of the day.

We look forward to similar all-day workshops when Hartono visits Australia.

Many thanks Daniel, Greg.
